Our Executive Director Joel Elphas recently visited our project in rural Bunda district, where he met with school leaders and a pre-class teacher. He was proud to see how we supported the pre-class teacher in implementing play-based learning methods, which has resulted in significant improvements in children’s cognitive and social development (54% are girls). Our organization’s training and resources have enabled the teacher to create a nurturing environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. He was impressed by the teacher’s enthusiasm and commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education to their students.
